What cultivated the need for the shop?
a) Providing the ladies from The Bridge transferable job skills
b) Partnering community members with ladies from The Bridge while striving to break down stereotypes associated with the poor/broken
c) Supporting struggling producers
d) Gaining support to sustain the ministry of The Bridge

What initially sparked the ideas for the shop in Sioux Center?
We had several options during the research phase; however we could not pass on the building next to The Fruited Plain. It is a prime location and we decided to act.

How long has the shop been a viable possibility?
Early thoughts of a social enterprise begin in 2009 and the gift shop concept developed early 2010.

What type of integration will The Bridge have with the shop?
The Bridge will manage the shop and be responsible for hiring. Our employees will be focused on ladies at The Bridge, folks working with Atlas, or those with employment needs requiring a fresh start.
               
What is the overall vision for the shop?
a) Selling products from those struggling with poverty throughout the world
b) Forming relationships between our ladies and community members working at the shop
c) Offering unique merchandise to the area
d) Supporting local artists and suppliers

In 5 years, what will HATP have completed?
a) Maintained relationships/connections throughout the world
b) Contributed significant amount continuously to The Bridge's budget
c) Promoted awareness of poverty and homelessness
